Cornwall ❤️
Nearly two weeks between cliffs 🏞 and a credit card crisis 💳💸💸

Cornwall – the name alone conjures postcard-perfect scenes 🎑 and dramatic coastlines 🌊🏔🏞 And that’s exactly what we got… with one tiny twist: it turned out to be the most expensive 💸💳💸 weeks of our lives. But hey, if you’re going broke, at least do it in style ✌

🌊🏞 Cliffs, Coasts, and Wobbly Knees 🙈
Our coastal hikes 👨‍🦯👩‍🦯🐕‍🦺 were nothing short of breathtaking 😲
From Padstow to Newquay, St. Ives to Land’s End, we scrambled over narrow paths, steep cliffs 🏞, and climbs that felt borderline vertical 🏔
At one point, it got so dicey 🫣 that even Smilla 🐕‍🦺 stopped and gave us that look – like “you people seriously need help” 😝

But the views 😳! Wild waves 🌊🌊 crashing against jagged rocks – Cornwall is nature’s cinema in 4K. And when you climb down into one of those hidden swimming coves 🧗 you feel like an explorer on a secret mission.

🐾 A Dog’s Dream 🐶🐕‍🦺🐕 Cornwall 🐩 is pure dog paradise ❤ Water bowls everywhere, treats 🥓, doggie ice cream 🍦, and entire beaches where your pup can go wild 🏖. Smilla was living her best life 😁 – and honestly, so were we!

🛒 Shopping at the local farmers markets was a dream come true: fresh veggies 🍆🫒🍅🥕🥦 handmade cheeses 🧀 bread 🍞 that actually tastes like bread. Every visit was a delight 😋🤤

🚲🚫 Cycling in Cornwall? Nope.
Cornwall is heaven for hikers 🐾🐾🚶🚶‍♀🧑‍🦯👨‍🦯🏃🏃‍♀ – but a nightmare for cyclists 😵‍💫 The few bike paths you’ll find either vanish into nowhere or end in climbs so steep even e-bikes throw in the towel.

🏕 Charming Camping
Camping on friendly farms was a true highlight. Beautiful locations, spacious plots, everything neat and tidy. Cornwall knows how to do camping 🏕
And the cherry on top? Three weeks of sunshine 🌞🌞 with only the occasional dramatic downpour 🌦⛈

Conclusion:
Cornwall is wild, stunning, dog-mad, and unfortunately a bit of a budget-killer 💰
But when you’re standing between cliffside hikes, a farmer’s market feast, and a sunset on a dog-friendly beach 🏖🐾 – you know it was worth every penny. And next time? We’ll just bring gold bars 🤑
