Costa da Caparica 🏖🏝🌅 🇵🇹

A true paradise ☀️🦜🌴🪴 – unless you find yourself trapped in a novel full of mishaps! 🪠🚽

First, I drew the short straw 🎟 and was hit by a nasty bout of bronchitis 😷🗣💨🤒 Just as I was regaining some strength 💪, the universe decided to turn its sights on Jens 🧔🏻‍♂️ – because why should only one of us suffer when we do everything together 🤜🤛

But the real star 🎪 of the show was the weather 🌧🌀💧🌪 Endless rain 🌧🌧🌧🌧, as if the sky had decided to pour the entire Atlantic 💧🌊💧 over our heads 🪣

And as if the damned rain 🥽☔️🌧 wasn’t enough 🙆‍♂️, Storm Martinho 🌬🌪 came along – a force of nature unlike anything we had ever experienced 🙈 The media had covered it extensively, so we’ll leave it at that 🙊

Whenever we gathered the courage to leave our camper 🚐, we would always return soaking wet.

It was truly a brutal March!

But hey – March eventually passed, and as everyone knows, after the rain comes 🌞 sunshine 🌞

Unfortunately, our photo collection from Caparica is rather scarce 🤷‍♀️, because my barely four-month-old phone (Samsung Z Flip 6) decided to abandon me without warning 💩
If the IT experts 😉 can still recover my phone data, we’ll share plenty of beautiful pictures later.
