Lindau on Lake Constance was our next travel destination. We were greeted by a historic town surrounded by water and very high mountains 🏔️🗻 in the border triangle. The charming old town, located on an island in Lake Constance, offers narrow streets with cozy cafés ☕ perfect for lingering. The famous Lindau harbor ⛵ is guarded by the Bavarian Lion and the new lighthouse 🚨 Other highlights include the old Mangturm and the old town hall in Gothic style 🏰

Lindau is definitely worth a visit 😊

Fun Fact 🤓 If you visit the Lake Constance area from April to September, you should definitely visit the flower island Mainau. We did not 😉
